First Aid at Work (3 day) £239
This 3 day accredited course is ideal for those working in higher risk environments such as construction sector, complies with Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1981. Detailed course looking at all aspects of First Aid at Work.
First Aid at Work (1 day) £79
This 1 day accredited course suits the lower risk areas such as office buildings, complies with Health and Safety at work Regulations 1981. More stream lined than the 3 day course.
First Aid at Work refresher (2 day) £159
This 2 day refresher is for delegates that have completed the 3 day FAW course within the last 3 years.
Emergency First Aid at Work (1 day) £79
This accredited 1 day course looks at how to respond in the event of a medical emergency within the workplace, following Health and Safety at Work Regulation 1981.
Basic Life Support (3 hours) £39
This half day accredited course will enable the delegate to recognize and respond appropriately to an adult or child in cardiac arrest. In line with Resuscitation Council guidelines.
Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
(1 hour) (not available as single training) £10
This short course can be added onto any other stand alone course. To understand how a defib works and the benefits of having one accessible within the workplace.
Adult First Aid (3 hours) £35
This short course looks at common First Aid incidents including burns, lacerations, anaphylaxis, difficulty in breathing, seizures, choking, sprain and more.
Paediatric First Aid (3 hours) £35
This short course looks at common First Aid incidents including burns, lacerations, anaphylaxis, difficulty in breathing, seizures, choking, sprain and more.
First Aid in Football (1day) £49pp
minimum of 4 delegates per session
In line with FA regulations, delivering sports and pitch side first including face to face Basic Life Support for adults and children.
Sports First Aid (1 day) £49pp
minimum of 4 delegates per session
This course looks at common injuries in sport and how to recognize and treat them accordingly.
School First Aid (1 day) £49pp
minimum of 4 delegates per session
This course is ideal for staff working within the school setting. Looking at common injuries sustained during the school day, falls, head injuries, burns, sprains, anaphylaxis, nose bleeds including CPR and choking.
Early Years First Aid (1 day) £49pp

This course is ideal for staff working within the nursery setting. Looking at common injuries sustained during the school day,
Parent and Child Carer First Aid (3 hours) £19
(£5 from each place booked will be donated to Birmingham Children’s Hospital)
This new course that helps to educate parents and child carers on the common first aid situations that arise. Including falls, head injuries, burns, sprains, anaphylaxis, nose bleeds including CPR and choking and more.
Anaphylaxis (1 hour) £10
(not available as a stand alone course, must be booked alongside another course)
This short course can be added onto any other stand alone course. To understand the physiology behind allergies and anaphylaxis and treatment, including the use of adrenaline injectors such as Epi-pens.
Mental Health First Aider ( 2 day) £159
Train to be a workplace Mental Health First Aider, gain the knowledge and skills needed to provide support and signpost colleagues to appropriate services and support. Qualification valid for 3 years.
